As a food reviewer, my heart races at the thought of indulging in their stellar offerings. Let’s dive into what makes this taqueria truly special:
Customer reviews echo my sentiments. Patrons rave about the tender meat and generous portions. As one satisfied diner, Juan Pablo Ochoa noted, "This place makes the best al pastor quesadillas I’ve ever had!" The enthusiastic words of Paul “The Expert” also resonate, declaring, "Forget everything you know about tacos and try them here!" From flavorful tacos to impressive burritos, it’s clear that Taqueria La Zacatecana is winning over taste buds.
Beyond the food, the ambiance is inviting. With friendly staff and a cozy setting, dining here feels like a meal shared with family. G Reta beautifully encapsulated the experience: “This is a well-established family-run business!”

“ We eat here frequently. The tacos and burritos taste great! It would be nice if chips and salsa were included with orders. This a well-established family run business! ”
“ Great food awesome place little nice restaurant come on in and try it you will not and I repeat NOT be disappointed. Awesome small restaurant love the vibes here and the meat gets that grill marks and taste. Love it love it love it l, you will not be disappointed ”
“ The meat here is tender and mouthwatering. I’m not playing when I say you will be coming back to this place. Great staff, cold drinks, and the tacos are tasty. ”
“ Great place! My favorite dish was the tripas quesadilla. Besides that I also had the lengua (beef tongue) burrito, carne asada platillo, al pastor pork taco, and horchata drink. Carne asada and al pastor pork were well flavored, lengua is nice and soft and goes great with the red and green sauces at the table. Horchata is quite sweet but complemented the foods well. ”
“ Delicious tacos de carne asada come with a generous portion of meat. They are each served on two soft tortillas. Their burritos and horchata are also a crowd favorite. I highly recommend their chile rellenos. The staff is always friendly and they went back to accepting credit cards. Parking is always available. I definitely recommend this place. I shall return for more tacos!!! ”
